Most things in life seems hard, it feels like moving a mountain
to do something new or worthwhile. It seems
hard but not necessarily hard. We make things bigger in our head.
The idea
of waking up at 5.00am in the morning is much harder than actually waking up at
5.00am in the morning. The idea of taking singing lessons is much harder than
just sitting and doing few minutes of lip roll. The idea of going and asking
for his/her number is much harder than just say hello and smile………….
Humans are addicted to thinking; it feels like we are doing
something while we are just sitting around.
Most people are sleep-walking if
not all. I was sleep-walking a minute ago, maybe I will get back to sleep a sec
later, who knows? The point is it’s not easy to turn off our mind and just do
the darn thing.
One of the most useful things I have learned is that after
all said and done you have to do something. So do it. And the trick to do something is
doing it, just do it. Start! Now! Before your brain gives you 1000s reason why it’s
not wise to work out in the morning just go for it. Before your brain gives you
1000s reason why it’s not wise to eat healthy foods just start it. Don’t let
your mind get the best of you.
